The effectiveness of any government action on children's rights depends on the child hearing about the implementation of children's rights and the needs of child development. By properly supporting children's opportunities to express themselves, exercise their right to participate, and be responsible citizens, we can contribute to respecting, protecting, and protecting the human rights of today's children, future youth, and citizens, and transforming information into knowledge. It encourages them to develop creative thinking by being able to express their views in making wise decisions and to listen and accept the opinions of others.
In order to make children's participation effective and meaningful, it is necessary to empower the child to choose a child-friendly approach, a major component of which is to organize conferences and ensure their equal participation.
In this context, a national workshop on child participation organizations is being organized to ensure children's right to participate, develop and express their views, promote meaningful children's participation, and improve peer leadership and advocacy, involving children's representatives and stakeholders from children's self-governing organizations in 21 aimags and 9 districts of the capital city. .
In addition to supporting children's participation, the workshop strengthened the capacity of staff to support their participation, and the children discussed and commented on the draft Child Participation Map, the Draft Recommendations for Implementing Optional Protocol No. 3, and the revised Child Protection Law. is unique.
